Welcome New Patients
Experience The DETAIL DENTAL Way!
Within the first few moments of walking into our office, you’ll realize things are a little different here. First, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our business assistants providing you with an Amenities Form asking what we can do to make your visits as pleasant as can be.
Just a few things we do to make your visit something to look forward to:
- Warm Face Towel
- Scented Neck Wrap
- Plush Blanket
- Complimentary Lip Balm
- Memory Foam Pillow
- Stress Ball
- iPad
Following a brief tour of the office, our doctors and staff will take a comprehensive view of your teeth and gums utilizing advanced 3D, X-ray technology which limits the need to put uncomfortable, bulky plates in your mouth. We’re confident you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see how much Detail we put into our treatments and how easy it is to achieve the smile you always wanted.
Let's get started with New Patient Forms.
The first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to Our Doctors and our caring staff. We encourage questions and do our best to always deliver quality care.
Please take a moment prior to your scheduled appointment to download and complete the forms at the links at right. You can bring them with you to your appointment or email them back asap so we may better assist you in a timely manner. Virtual Appointment
Don’t have time to schedule an appointment, but you know you have a dental concern? Grab your smart phone and take a few pics of whatever is bothering you. Some patients have pain, some want straighter teeth, and some want to replace missing teeth. Whatever it is that is bothering you, just let us know. After uploading your pictures, answer the questions below being as descriptive as possible. Lastly, sign the release form, allowing our doctors to review your case over the web. Within hours, our doctors will review your case and offer a recommendation based upon the information you provided.
Tips:
- Selfie Time! First take a full-face picture of you smiling.
- Be sure to have your flash on and try to use external lighting as well. A bathroom vanity light usually works best.
- It may be necessary to pull your lips away from your teeth to get a good view of what is concerning you. Sometimes it is easier to have a friend take the picture for you.
